Bloomin' Balconies holds no responsibility for the product and/or it's condition when received from retailers, wholesalers and/or distributors that utilize our online services.
For all items purchased from Bloomin' Balconies that are defective there is a 15 day return policy. Items returned must be accompanied by a legible copy of the receipt that came with the item purchased. Defective products will receive a full refund with in 30 days of the return date of said item. This policy of return is only for specific Bloomin' Balconies products.
